Our process
Work Confidence
Working together, we get to know your goals and help to prepare you for work. With our support and understanding of what employers are looking for, we help to build your confidence and understanding about the world of work.
Work Ready
As you prepare for work, we will take a look at what you need to do, to take that next step into employment. This could take the form of helping you to build your job search strategy or brushing up on your interview skills to get you ready for your next work opportunity. We can also consider what industry-based training may support you to be work ready.
Work Placement
Our consultants will discuss the details of our registration and onboarding process with you. We will take you through all you need to know to make sure you are ready for your first day on the job! We are here after day one and beyond to support you, answer any questions you may have and discuss ongoing work and training opportunities.

The Work Collective is the Accordant Group‘s social initiative supporting people who face barriers to employment for a variety of reasons.
We’re working across Aotearoa, introducing people to the world of work, helping to create CVs, learn interview techniques, and ultimately facilitate pathways to employment.
